I have been so lucky to turn my passion into my job and today I help people on their own journeys. Transforming their lives and learning to live a happy and healthy life.
What keeps me going is my desire to find a way to bring fitness and being active to life to as many people as possible. Being active saved me. It was an outlet when I was young and it still helps me through life’s struggles today.
Looking back I also realise this was the place I ran to escape and clear my mind. Being active became a part of my everyday life – I became fearless, motivated and dreamed really big.
I have experienced so much from the highest highs to the lowest of the lows, but I have never stopped moving forward, putting one foot in front of the other with an optimistic view. I learn, and continue to learn, from everything I have come across. It is the experiences and hardships that once dragged us down that we turn into the blocks that build and hold us up.

As a highly professional qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, I hold a Premier Diploma in Personal Training and Sports Therapy and a Sports & Exercise Science Degree, REPs Level 3 along with a strong health and fitness background for over 25 years.
As a Les Mills instructor I specialise in Bodycombat and Bodypump along with HITT training, CrossFit, TRX, BOSU and so much more but my heart lies with weight training/lifting and calisthenics (bodyweight exercises). Driven and passionate about all aspects of fitness and wellbeing, together we’ll take an enthusiastic and flexible approach.
I put people first and take the time to understand each individual client’s needs and how to help them achieve their goals, whether they’re recovering from an operation, injury or training for a marathon, wanting to bulk up or slim down, or simply wish to have an ‘at home’ workout programme or gym programme.
I will help you come up with the best workout plan and strategy that fits your life and lifestyle. I will also teach you the daily steps that need to be taken in order to keep yourself on track. In the end it is the little things that we do each day that determine our outcome and success.
